Role Overview

The Engagement and Growth team transforms data into actionable insights to boost use and performance of financial products. This role collaborates closely with Product, CRM, Pricing, and Marketing teams to understand customer behavior, evaluate initiative impacts, and optimize conversion funnels and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain dashboards and performance metrics using tools such as Looker and Excel/Sheets.
Analyze campaign results and A/B tests, translating data findings into practical recommendations.
Examine client profiles, usage patterns, and engagement journeys.
Generate hypotheses, both quantitative and qualitative, identifying gaps and opportunities in conversion and retention funnels.
Monitor business metrics (revenue, TPV, churn, product adoption) and alert on anomalies.
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders including Product, Marketing, Legal, and Pricing in initiative execution and evaluation.
Contribute to economic and operational assessment of engagement actions, including ROI and payback estimations.
Ensure data sources and dashboards are consistent and reliable for the team.

Qualifications

Prior experience as a Business Analyst or in similar analytical positions.
Advanced SQL skills for extracting and handling large datasets.
Familiarity with BI platforms like Looker or Power BI.
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for financial modeling and sensitivity analyses.
Knowledge of applied statistics and experimental design (A/B testing).
Understanding of financial business indicators such as TPV, ARPU, margin, churn, and incremental revenue.
Preferred: basic knowledge of corporate finance and financial planning & analysis (FP&A).

Work Schedule & Location

Working hours: 8 hours daily plus 1-hour break, Monday through Friday (5x2 schedule).
Home office arrangement with a hybrid work model.
