Position Overview

The role of the Food and Beverage (B&F) Support Expert is vital in creating a seamless and memorable dining experience beyond just serving food and drinks. The individual contributes by efficiently supporting the full food and beverage operation, including table setup, kitchen assistance, cleaning, and replenishing supplies.

Key Responsibilities

• Set tables and assist kitchen staff to ensure smooth food and beverage service.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and replenish necessary supplies continuously.
• Provide supportive services making every dining transaction engaging and pleasant for guests.

Work Conditions and Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, and occasional sitting, including movement over varied surfaces.
• Operational tasks involve manual handling such as lifting, pushing, pulling items up to 25 pounds independently or up to 50 pounds with help.
• Involves physical motions like bending, twisting, stooping, and reaching.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum education requirement: High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• No previous professional experience required but having prior experience in a food and beverage environment is advantageous.
• No supervision or managerial experience needed.
• No mandatory licenses or certifications.
