Role Overview

As a bartender at The Ned Doha, you will craft and serve a diverse range of beverages, from classic cocktails to innovative signature drinks. Your role is to ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional and memorable drinking experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Skillfully prepare and serve a variety of classic cocktails, signature drinks, premium spirits, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages with accuracy and consistency.
• Provide warm, engaging, and individualized service that surpasses guest expectations.
• Establish authentic connections with guests by offering thoughtful recommendations and fostering a friendly, inviting atmosphere.
• Maintain expert knowledge of the beverage menu, ingredients, and stay updated on industry trends.
• Keep the bar clean, well-organized, fully stocked, and maintained at the highest standards of presentation.
• Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and responsible beverage service policies.
• Work collaboratively with the restaurant and bar teams to ensure smooth, efficient service delivery.
• Contribute innovative ideas to enhance guest experiences and support seasonal beverage menus.

Qualifications and Experience

• Previous bartender experience in upscale hotels, fine dining restaurants, cocktail bars, or premium hospitality venues is required.
• Strong understanding of classic and modern cocktails, spirits, wines, and bar operations.
• A passion for mixology and a commitment to delivering superior guest experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural, friendly, and professional demeanor.
• Capability to work confidently under the pressure of a busy environment while maintaining keen attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and dedication to excellence.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
