Barista

About the Role

Jonsson Workwear is looking for an energetic and personable barista to help shape the welcoming in-store experience at its Alberton location. The store is designed to let customers browse at ease, enjoy thoughtful service, and pause with a complimentary coffee while exploring the workwear range.

What You’ll Do

In this position, you will represent the brand’s hospitality by preparing and serving coffee beverages to a high standard. The role may also extend beyond the coffee area, so flexibility and a cooperative attitude are important.

• Ability to prepare a range of coffee drinks with confidence and consistency.
• Strong commitment to excellent customer service and a positive guest experience.
• Clear, professional communication when dealing with customers and teammates.
• Careful attention to detail in drink preparation and workplace presentation.
