Responsibilities

• Consistently prepare drinks and food items to company standards for taste and presentation.
• Assist with core store operations including opening and closing procedures, managing cash transactions, and ensuring security protocols are followed.
• Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operation of the store.
• Engage with customers to learn their preferences, anticipate their needs, and deliver a personalized experience.
• Maintain a tidy and organized service area for both colleagues and customers.
• Deliver remarkable service by prioritizing each guest and building genuine connections with them.

Working Hours

This role requires flexibility, as shifts may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends to meet our store’s needs.

Training and Progression

No prior experience as a barista is necessary. Comprehensive training will be provided, including access to the Starbucks Global Academy for ongoing learning and upskilling. We encourage development and promote internally for those looking to advance their career.
