Job Overview

Not Far Ventures is seeking a dedicated Barista to join their team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. This full-time position requires flexibility with working hours, including weekends and holidays, with shift durations of up to 10 hours.

Primary Responsibilities

• Consistently prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages with efficiency and quality.
• Ensure all café areas and workstations are kept clean and hygienic.
• Handle customer orders and process payments with professionalism.
• Assist in opening and closing routines of the café.
• Provide support during peak hours to maintain smooth daily operations.
• Monitor stock levels and promptly communicate inventory requirements to management.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience as a barista or within the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Strong communication abilities and good interpersonal skills.
• Positive demeanor with the capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and a cooperative team player.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including 10-hour shifts when necessary, weekends, and holidays.
