Role Overview

The Barista position is a full-time, on-location role based in Jeddah. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting and serving coffee, specialty drinks, and light menu items adhering to WISTER's quality and presentation standards. Key daily duties involve taking customer orders, operating coffee-making machines and equipment, preparing beverages and snacks, and keeping the workspace orderly and sanitary. The Barista will also interact warmly and efficiently with customers, provide menu assistance, and support the restaurant’s operations by collaborating closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams.

Candidate Profile

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills essential for positive guest and team interactions.
• Proficiency in barista responsibilities and food preparation, including use of coffee equipment and adherence to food safety protocols.
• Clear communication abilities for precise order taking, sharing product details, and teamwork coordination.
• Basic mathematical aptitude and cash handling competence including accurate point-of-sale management.
• Capability to work onsite in Jeddah’s fast-paced environment, including shifts during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Meticulous attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to a clean and hygienic workplace.
• Past experience in cafes, restaurants, or hospitality fields is advantageous but not mandatory.
