Bar Manager

Position Overview

Fricker's USA, LLC is seeking a dedicated Bar Manager to lead its team in Brownsville, IN. This role requires a passion for hospitality, coaching abilities, and a drive to create a profitable yet enjoyable environment while delivering an excellent guest experience. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the team to provide Fricker's signature brand of entertainment and dining.
• Boost positive sales trends and implement growth strategies.
• Ensure a safe, healthy, and sanitary work environment according to company policies and legal standards.
• Manage staff performance through clear communication, training, scheduling, coaching, and enforcement of policies.
• Control costs by optimizing food and labor efficiency.
• Recruit, select, and develop qualified personnel to meet staffing goals.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum two years recent management experience in a restaurant setting, preferably fast-casual.
• Stable employment history with at least two professional references.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Friendly, positive attitude focused on customer service.
• Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Compensation and Benefits

• $1000 signing bonus after 90 days of employment.

Preferred Experience and Certifications
