Role Overview
The North Lakes bakery department is seeking a driven, practical leader who can help run the area and support the Bakery Manager. The position involves supervising a small team, preparing work schedules, placing orders, carrying out stock counts and handling other day-to-day bakery operations.

Key Duties
- Support the Bakery Manager in leading the department.
