Auto Appraiser – Claims (Remote, USA)

Role Overview

We are collaborating with a prominent insurance technology company searching for seasoned Auto Appraiser – Claims professionals to join a high-efficiency fully remote team based in the U.S.

Primary Responsibilities

• Critically evaluate and negotiate automobile repair estimates and additional supplement requests with collision repair shops.
• Handle a significant workload with approximately 50 claims processed weekly.
• Create precise repair cost estimates utilizing tools such as CCC One.
• Analyze inconsistencies in claims and provide well-founded technical resolutions.
• Keep thorough documentation of claims while ensuring outstanding customer interactions.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of three years' experience in managing auto physical damage claims or preparing auto repair estimates.
• In-depth knowledge of vehicle property claims and direct repair program procedures.
• Proficient in using CCC One and similar appraisal software platforms.
• Previous experience working with insurance carriers, independent adjusters, or auto repair shops.
• Capable of succeeding in a dynamic, high-volume work environment.
