Role Overview and Experience Requirements

This position seeks candidates with varying experience levels in finance roles within manufacturing industries. Candidates should have strong qualifications such as CA, MBA, or B.Com degrees. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing teams, proficient with SAP/ERP systems, skilled in advanced Excel techniques, and knowledgeable about statutory compliance and financial processes.

Responsibilities and Skills Required

• Lead and manage teams of 7-8 members effectively.
• Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports accurately.
• Utilize SAP or ERP software for various accounting functions.
• Apply advanced Excel tools to enhance reporting and analysis.
• Maintain clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ensure adherence to statutory compliance requirements including Income Tax, GST, TDS, IGAAP, and IND AS.
• Prepare financial statements in line with regulatory standards.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable accurately.
• Implement inventory management best practices within the accounting function.

Candidate Profiles

Experience ranges from 3 to 8 years depending on role complexity and responsibilities:

• 6+ years with CA or MBA qualification, responsible for team leadership, compliance, and financial reporting.
• 6-8 years with B.Com or MBA degree, focusing on accounts management, compliance, SAP usage, and communication.
• 3-5 years with B.Com or MBA, executing accounts payable/receivable, SAP/ERP operations, and statutory knowledge.
