Associate Loan Advisor

Job Overview

Ambak Fintech seeks enthusiastic and client-oriented Loan Advisors to assist customers in securing appropriate Home Loan or Loan Against Property (LAP) financing. The role involves understanding the financial needs of customers, suggesting appropriate loan options, managing documentation, and liaising with financial institutions to facilitate a smooth and timely loan approval process. The position requires a focus on customer satisfaction and meeting conversion goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to grasp their loan requirements.
• Advise customers on suitable Home Loan or LAP products corresponding to their profile.
• Gather and authenticate loan application paperwork.
• Coordinate between banks and clients to ensure efficient loan processing.
• Provide guidance on documentation, KYC protocols, loan procedures, and expected turnaround times.
• Adhere to company policies and service quality standards.
• Develop strong relationships with customers to enhance conversion rates and satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

• Between one and five years of experience in Home Loan or LAP sales within banks, NBFCs, or fintech companies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment with targets.

Compensation Details

The monthly salary ranges from 15,000 to 40,000 INR.
