Associate Center Manager

Overview

The Associate Center Manager serves as the primary representative of a Cultfit center, ensuring exceptional member experiences, driving membership sales, and maintaining smooth operational workflow. This role demands proactive ownership, customer-oriented service, and enthusiasm for fostering a vibrant fitness environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly targets for new memberships, renewals, and upselling opportunities.
• Convert walk-in and trial visitors into members through effective consultations.
• Manage the end-to-end membership signup process with thorough and accurate documentation using the portal.
• Oversee daily center operations utilizing the designated checklist tool to guarantee seamless functioning.
• Supervise class scheduling, monitor trainer punctuality, and ensure sessions are prepared.
• Perform daily facility inspections to maintain cleanliness, safety standards, and brand compliance.
• Manage essential inventory such as first-aid kits and drinking water, ensuring timely replenishment.
• Identify and rectify operational issues related to attendance, bookings, equipment, or facilities.
• Build strong relationships with members to cultivate a welcoming, community-oriented atmosphere.
• Handle member escalations promptly to guarantee an excellent experience before, during, and after classes.
• Collect and document feedback from members and trainers to facilitate continuous enhancements.
• Maintain the high service standards of Cultfit and embody the brand as the face of the center.

Performance Indicators

• Consistently meet or surpass sales and membership conversion targets.
• Maintain center operations that are efficient, compliant, and high-performing.
• Achieve strong member satisfaction, retention rates, and Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
• Ensure a positive center atmosphere with superior audit outcomes and operational excellence.

Qualifications & Skills

• Possess a Bachelor's degree or Diploma.
• Have between 2 to 5 years of professional experience in sales, operations, hospitality, retail, or service-oriented roles.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills and adeptness in dealing with customers.
• Demonstrate a high level of ownership and problem-solving capability.
• Preferred: A passion for fitness, wellness, and fostering community engagement.
