Working Hours and Schedule
The position offers a roster option from Tuesday to Saturday, starting at 1:00 PM and ending at 11:00 PM, structured as a four-day work week to support a balanced lifestyle tailored to personal and business needs.
Role Responsibilities
- Foster an inclusive and engaging team atmosphere that encourages authenticity and consistently delivers excellent shopping experiences.
- Learn and apply leadership skills as part of your initial management role with support from the Store Leadership Pathway.
- Assist in managing departmental operations daily and collaborate with store teams to maintain a customer-centric environment.
- Make safety a priority by ensuring team and customer compliance with store safety protocols.
- Demonstrate skills in customer service by acknowledging, caring for, and thanking customers consistently.
- Work cooperatively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and improve overall store performance.
