Role Overview
The Assistant Manager in Operations & Quality is responsible for driving adherence to NABH standards, conducting quality audits, ensuring SOP compliance, promoting patient safety, managing complaint resolution, and overseeing efficient floor operations. The role demands rigorous process monitoring and coordination aimed at continuous operational improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and ensure strict compliance with NABH accreditation requirements.
- Conduct regular quality audits to identify improvement areas and maintain high standards.
- Monitor adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across departments.
- Prioritize patient safety initiatives and address safety-related concerns promptly.
- Manage and resolve patient complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Oversee floor operations to guarantee seamless and efficient workflow.
- Coordinate among various teams to implement operational enhancements continuously.
