Role Description

The Architect position, based in the Riyadh Region, is a full-time, on-site role focused on designing and developing facilities such as cleanrooms and controlled environments. The architect will ensure all designs align with biosafety, infection control, and accreditation criteria. Key duties involve drafting architectural plans and technical drawings, coordinating with engineering and safety staff, and supervising design execution throughout project phases. The role demands assessing client needs, integrating specialized systems within facility layouts, and collaborating with partners and suppliers to guarantee quality and compliance. Additionally, supporting project management tasks like scheduling, documentation oversight, and stakeholder coordination is expected.

Qualifications

• Solid background in Architecture, especially architectural design for cleanrooms, laboratories, and controlled environment facilities.
• Capability to collaborate with integration and software teams to embed specialized systems and digital solutions within designs.
• Proven project management expertise encompassing planning, coordinating, and managing complex technical projects.
• A bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture or a closely related discipline.
• Familiarity with biosafety protocols, infection control methods, and pertinent international and local standards is a significant advantage.
• Skillfulness in architectural design software like AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalents, along with technical documentation proficiency.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities to effectively interact with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
• Acute attention to detail, problem-solving aptitude, and dedication to delivering high-quality, safe, and compliant architectural solutions.
