About the Role

Design Built Studio invites applications for the role of Architect based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic professional to expand our team and contribute to residential and commercial architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and create architectural layouts, working drawings, and detailed designs.
• Develop both 2D and 3D architectural models using relevant software.
• Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, vendors, and the site management team.
• Perform frequent site inspections to track project development and adherence to plans.
• Prepare bills of quantities (BOQs), material specifications, and comprehensive project documentation.
• Ensure all designs comply with project demands, quality benchmarks, and scheduled deadlines.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) is mandatory.
• Two to five years of practical experience in architecture and interior design projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Solid understanding of architectural planning, interior detailing, and construction methods.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Fluency in English and Tamil languages is required.
• Willingness to work onsite at our Coimbatore office.
