Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Architect with expertise in residential and commercial real estate projects. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and have substantial experience delivering high-quality architectural designs while ensuring compliance with relevant building codes and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver architectural designs for residential and commercial developments within stipulated deadlines.
• Ensure designs meet all applicable building regulations, construction techniques, and quality standards.
• Coordinate effectively with project teams to ensure smooth progress and compliance.
• Continuously plan and troubleshoot design challenges to uphold project objectives.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) is mandatory.
• Experience spanning 3 to 8 years in relevant architectural projects involving residential or commercial real estate.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and Microsoft Office suite.
• In-depth understanding of construction methods, design regulations, and industry standards.
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving capabilities.

Performance Metrics

• Adherence to project timelines for design delivery.
• High approval success rate on design submissions.
• Maintaining superior design quality standards.
• Ensuring full compliance with relevant project and statutory requirements.
• Effective coordination and communication with project stakeholders.

Compensation

The monthly remuneration ranges between 60000 to 140000 INR based on experience and qualifications.
