Role Overview

This full-time, on-site position in Bhopal requires an AI Video Editor capable of delivering high-quality videos through AI-based generation and editing technologies. The role demands converting ideas into captivating visual stories by applying AI workflows, refining AI-produced footage, and incorporating advanced elements like motion graphics, sound, subtitles, and visual effects. Collaboration with creative teams will ensure engaging digital content across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Generate videos using state-of-the-art AI video tools and platforms.
• Create efficient prompts and workflows to guarantee consistent, superior AI video results.
• Edit and improve AI-generated footage into polished, captivating videos.
• Add motion graphics, transitions, visual effects, subtitles, and manage sound design.
• Conduct color correction to maintain visual uniformity throughout projects.
• Work closely with designers, strategists, and marketing professionals to realize creative concepts.
• Optimize final videos for social media platforms including Instagram Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Keep abreast of new AI video technologies and incorporate innovative production methods.
• Handle multiple video projects efficiently under strict deadlines.

Qualifications

• Expertise with AI video creation platforms such as Runway, Kling AI, Veo, Pika, Luma AI, Hailuo AI, or equivalents.
• Strong knowledge in prompt engineering for AI-driven video and image generation.
• Proficient with video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
• Understanding of motion graphics, color grading, and sound editing techniques.
• Creative storytelling capacity with a keen eye for visual design.
• Capability to integrate AI-generated elements with conventional editing workflows.
• Exceptional attention to detail and effective time management skills.
• Ability to collaborate productively in a dynamic creative atmosphere.
• Experience in media, advertising, digital marketing, or content creation is an advantage.
• Preferably holds a Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Animation, Visual Communication, or related disciplines, though a strong portfolio can suffice.
