About the Role

Join the AI & Data team working on an exciting six-month pilot project (12561748 FAB-DAAI_6 Months Pilot) with FIRST ABU DHABI BANK, a leading financial services provider. This role involves developing innovative AI-driven products tailored to banking and investment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and enhancement of AI-based products by collaborating with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Establish product vision and strategy specifically for AI offerings, ensuring ethical considerations are integrated throughout development.
• Continuously monitor AI model performance and refine based on user feedback.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, leveraging deep AI knowledge and influencing skills to guide teams and stakeholders.
• Design scalable AI solutions applicable across multiple organizational groups.
• Provide strategic direction to align AI product development with business objectives and ethical norms.
• Work cross-functionally to encourage innovation and ongoing product improvements.
• Lead stakeholder discussions and workshops to build consensus around AI product priorities and vision.
• Assess new AI technologies and market trends to recommend product enhancements that sustain competitive edge.
• Promote best practices in AI product management and foster knowledge exchange within the team.
