Role Overview

We are seeking an Apprentice to join our vibrant team, offering a unique chance to gain practical exposure in a fast-paced legal and compliance setting. This opportunity is ideal for proactive learners keen on developing administrative and operational expertise within the legal domain of fintech.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update internal legal records and documentation within compliance systems.
• Support the registration, organization, and archival of legal documents and reports.
• Assist in handling official requests, notifications, and legal inquiries under supervision.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure documentation is accurately and promptly processed.
• Utilize AI tools and automation platforms to enhance legal and administrative workflow efficiency.
• Engage in training to build foundational knowledge of legal operations and fintech regulations.
• Ensure confidentiality and adhere to legal and regulatory compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in high school or a technical/professional education program qualifying for apprenticeship.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities with keen eye for detail.
• Interest in technology, especially automation and AI-enhanced workflows.
• Basic skills with digital tools, including Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive), and eagerness to learn legal technology platforms.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in a dynamic environment.
• Curious and motivated to learn about fintech, legal compliance, and related processes.
• Fluent in English.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience with or willingness to explore low-code/no-code automation tools.
• Interest in legal operations, compliance, or fintech sectors.
