About Netflix and the Role

Within our Financial Operations (FinOps) group, the Workplace team goes beyond managing office environments to enhance the Netflix experience, inspiring individuals to perform at their best. The Finance and Strategy segment shapes the long-term advertising direction by advising local Ads leadership on market choices, strategy initiatives, and growth plans.
We are currently recruiting an Administrative Assistant to support three Directors on the Workplace/FinOps team. This London-based position collaborates with regional Workplace leaders, HR business partners, Finance, and other cross-functional stakeholders across multiple time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee complex calendar management for three Directors, coordinating and confirming meetings internationally across time zones.
- Plan and provide support for team offsite events, training sessions, and regional Workplace activities.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Handle general administrative duties such as processing expenses, creating purchase orders, monitoring budget items, and maintaining mailing lists within Google groups.
- Prepare presentation decks, meeting agendas, and notes for various sessions.
- Facilitate communication and information sharing among Workplace, HR, Finance, and regional teams.
- Work closely with Workplace leads and their administrative assistants to ensure alignment across the wider organization.
- Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with peers and support staff throughout different regions.
- Manage confidential or sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Candidate Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as an administrative assistant supporting Director-level executives or above.
- Proven ability to work with international teams across several time zones effectively.
- Familiarity and confidence utilizing AI tools to enhance daily administrative tasks.
- Strong prioritization skills to manage complicated schedules and coordinate multiple stakeholders concurrently.
- Ability to operate independently as well as contribute effectively within a dynamic team environment.
- Excellent organizational aptitude coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
- Flexibility and resilience to adjust to shifting priorities and changing needs.
- Proficient verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Skilled use of Google Suite or equivalent productivity software.
- Trusted to handle confidential materials with ethical judgment.
- Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and advocating diversity.
Additional Desired Skills
- Prior experience supporting Workplace, Real Estate, or Financial Operations functions.
- Event planning experience including off-sites and training coordination.
- Knowledge of a second European language or other languages that serve our international markets.
