Role Overview
We are seeking experienced professionals for the role of Admin and Industrial Relations Manager at Right Advisors Private Limited. The position requires managing administrative and industrial relations functions at large project sites with substantial workmen strength.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee site administration and industrial relations activities.
- Manage screening and recruiting of workmen.
- Supervise worker accommodation facilities and welfare programs.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and labour regulations for large-scale project sites.
- Handle sites employing over 2,000 workmen efficiently.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduation degree required; qualifications such as MBA, MSW, PGD in PMIR, Labour Welfare or Industrial Relations preferred.
- Experience range between 15 to 20 years in similar roles.
- Proven ability to manage administrative and IR functions at large project sites.
- Readiness to work at designated project locations including Mumbai, Dholera, Ahmedabad, or Delhi.
- Preferably have prior experience with leading EPC, infrastructure, or construction firms like Tata Projects, Shapoorji Pallonji, Capacite, KEC, Ahluwalia Contracts, Leighton India, or Kalpataru.
- Available to join immediately or within 30 to 60 days’ notice period.
