About the Role

Impact Arabia Building Solutions is seeking a skilled Accountant experienced in the building materials sector to join its Riyadh-based team. The position offers a salary of up to SAR 4,000 and involves comprehensive financial and inventory management responsibilities within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting activities to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Track and validate all inventory movements and maintain precise stock records.
• Conduct and reconcile physical stock counts to align with system data.
• Prepare detailed financial and inventory reports utilizing ERP software and advanced Excel functionalities.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Procurement, and Warehouse departments to coordinate accounting and stock activities.
• Guarantee correctness and integrity of all financial statements and inventory balances.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Have a minimum of two years’ relevant experience in accounting, specifically within the building or construction materials industry.
• Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is essential.
• Strong proficiency in inventory control, stock management, and conducting physical inventory counts.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS, and other complex formulas for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience managing Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, VAT processing, and performing bank reconciliations.
• Good level of English language competence.
• Must currently reside in Riyadh and be ready to start immediately.
