Ab Initio Pilot Training Programme

Main Objective

This programme is designed to guide candidates through a comprehensive flydubai structured training that cultivates the essential skills, knowledge, and qualifications needed to operate as a co-pilot. Participants will contribute to the safe, effective, and regulatory-compliant conduct of flights while exemplifying exceptional standards in safety, professionalism, and collaborative teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Successfully complete all segments of the Multi Pilot License (MPL) training curriculum, including ground school, simulator exercises, and actual flight training with appointed training organizations.
• Strictly observe safety regulations, uphold training quality benchmarks, and maintain professional behaviour throughout the course.
• Exhibit dedication to ongoing learning and development to fulfill operational performance standards.
• Work cooperatively with fellow participants and trainers to foster a high-achieving, diverse training atmosphere.
• Maintain adaptability in varied training scenarios, demonstrating resilience, concentration, and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Possession of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Age range between 17 and 30 years.
• A minimum academic achievement of 70% or a GPA of 3.0 or more in high school completion.
• Proficiency in the English language.
• Capability to obtain a General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• For UAE Nationals: Must hold a valid UAE passport and Emirates ID.
• Male applicants are required to have completed their Military National Service prior to enrollment.

Information Security Requirements

Candidates must adhere to company Information Security Regulations (ISR), promptly report any issues or breaches to designated managers or the Information Security team, complete all mandatory ISR training sessions, and consistently follow related protocols in daily activities.
