Human Resources (HR) Internship

About the Company

Fae Bikes is led by alumni from IIT and NIT, pioneering electric mobility in India. Established in 2016, the company operates one of the largest fleets of electric vehicles (EVs) focusing on last-mile logistics (LML). They facilitate the transition from internal combustion engines to electric alternatives by providing EV charging infrastructure and managing a robust EV fleet, collaborating with major logistics firms across Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Chennai, with plans for rapid expansion nationwide.

Internship Overview and Responsibilities

The selected intern will engage in diverse recruitment and HR support functions, including sourcing candidates through various online platforms and referrals, screening resumes to identify fit candidates, arranging interviews with hiring managers, maintaining recruitment databases, following up with candidates on interview feedback and documentation, assisting with onboarding new employees, and supporting daily HR recruitment operations. This internship offers a possibility to transition into a permanent role based on performance feedback.

Applicant Criteria

Applicants must be able to commit to a full-time, in-office internship located in Bangalore, available to start between 14th July and 18th August 2026, and able to dedicate two months to the internship. Candidates should possess relevant skills related to recruitment, talent management, and HR policies. Encouragingly, women wishing to initiate or resume their career are especially invited to apply.

Compensation and Benefits

The internship offers a monthly stipend ranging from INR 13,000 to 18,000. Additionally, interns will receive a certificate upon successful completion of the program.
