This role offers hands-on experience managing recruitment pipelines and coordinating multi-departmental projects within a healthcare-focused company.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle including job posting creation, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication follow-ups.
- Function as a Project Coordinator or junior project manager to ensure timely completion of tasks across different departments.
- Maintain detailed operational records such as performance trackers, workflow documents, and team logs.
- Continuously learn and implement new management tools to boost project execution efficiency.
Candidate Requirements
- Exceptional communication skills in written and spoken English; preference given to candidates with ICSE/ISC education background.
- Willingness to work a night shift from 8:30 PM to 6:30 AM IST.
- Proven prior experience in recruitment, HR operations, or project coordination roles.
- Strong organizational aptitude with competence in spreadsheet usage and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Readiness to take initiative beyond typical HR duties by owning broader operational and coordination responsibilities.
- Access to a reliable personal computer or laptop along with high-speed internet connectivity.
- Availability of a quiet, distraction-free workspace for calls and work activities with absolutely no background noise.
- Open-mindedness, close attention to detail, and an eagerness to adapt quickly to diverse workflows and new software tools.

Additional Information
- Stipend consists of a fixed monthly payment ranging between INR 5,000 and 14,000 plus incentives of INR 3,000 to 4,000 monthly, totaling between INR 8,000 and 18,000.
- Interns will receive certification upon completion and benefit from flexible working hours.
- Required internship duration is six months with immediate start availability between August 12 and September 16, 2026.
