Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the HR team to design and apply AI-enabled tools that optimize HR workflows.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a compelling HR brand across multiple communication platforms.
- Leverage generative AI applications to interpret employee metrics, providing actionable insights to guide strategic choices.
- Assist in managing employee relations by resolving issues and cultivating a positive workplace environment.
- Support recruitment activities and facilitate onboarding for new team members.
- Engage in special HR projects focusing on organizational development and long-term strategy.
- Monitor current trends and emerging practices in AI and HR to introduce innovative ideas within the team.
