Diffusion Models
Augmented the CryoGEM framework with Denoising Diffusion Probabilistic Models for high-fidelity Cryo-EM micrograph synthesis and achieved an FID score of 109.06.

Investigated the context-dependent nature of temporal vs. spatial information in EEG signals using a Transformer-based framework. First-authored paper presented at ICVGIP 2025, IIT Mandi.

A Composition Aware Pretraining Framework for Geospatial Foundation ModelsGeospatial foundation models, self-supervised learning, optimal transport
Developed a novel composition-aware self-supervised training objective based on optimal transport theory to address the single concept lens bottleneck in existing geospatial foundation models. Outperformed SatMAE and Prithvi-EO-2.0 on region-level tasks and achieved nearly doubling baseline mAP@10 on ForestNet-12. Paper accepted to ACM SIGSPATIAL 2026.
