Role Overview
We are urgently seeking a seasoned Zonal Enterprise Lead based in Ahmedabad to spearhead business expansion and manage top-performing sales teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Stimulate and grow the enterprise business segment within the designated zone.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and development for sales personnel to drive performance excellence.
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships alongside corporate client relationships.
- Meet and exceed targeted revenue, client acquisition, and activation goals consistently.
- Oversee sales team metrics and implement strategies to boost productivity.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven expertise in B2B sales environments.
- Experience managing sizable sales teams, demonstrating leadership capabilities.
- Strong background in Enterprise Sales and Channel Management.
- Demonstrable success in business development and managing key accounts.
- Track record of consistently achieving set revenue objectives.
- Exceptional skills in stakeholder engagement and relationship maintenance.
- Preferably experienced within Banking, Fintech, Telecom, Payment sectors or Enterprise Business settings.
Additional Information
The role offers a monthly salary between 80,000 to 90,000 INR. This position requires on-site presence in Ahmedabad.
