About Dairymaster
Dairymaster is seeking experienced Welder Fabricators to join their global headquarters in Causeway, Tralee, Co. Kerry, Ireland on a full-time basis.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Carry out all welding duties using TIG and MIG welding techniques.
- Efficiently fabricate and weld stainless steel Milk Silos and Milk Tanks.
- Operate Oxy setting configurations and Plasma cutting machinery, including the use of rollers.
- Execute polishing and grinding tasks, applying essential skills in these areas.
- Interpret and follow CAD drawings accurately.
- Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Adhere strictly to company safety protocols and procedures to maintain high-quality standards.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned by management.
Candidate Requirements
- Must be a qualified time-served Fabricator.
- Have at least four years of relevant experience in a similar welding fabricator role.
- Proficient in both TIG and MIG welding processes.
- Demonstrate strong work ethic, diligence, and a flexible approach to job duties.
- Possess good organizational and communication skills.
- Capable of working both within a team and independently using own initiative.
- Exhibit strong critical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willing to undergo an internal welding test, if required.
- Experience with working at heights, confined spaces, and using abrasive wheels is advantageous.
