Web Consultant

Role Overview

You will be responsible for reaching out to international clients via outbound calls to promote our website development and digital marketing services. Your main goal is to understand client needs and provide customized solutions that suit their requirements while generating leads and converting them into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact international clients proactively through outbound calling to market website and digital marketing offerings.
• Assess client requirements accurately and suggest appropriate service options.
• Identify potential customers, develop leads, and convert them into confirmed sales.
• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales objectives consistently.
• Maintain timely follow-ups with prospects to successfully close sales deals.

Candidate Profile

• Strong command of English communication, both verbal and written.
• Open to freshers as well as candidates with prior experience.
• Previous experience in International BPO Sales, Website Sales, or Digital Marketing Sales will be an advantage.
• Possess excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to influence client decisions.
• Highly goal-driven with a positive and approachable demeanor.
