About the Role
Haemonetics is hiring a Warehouse Operator to support a period of growth as the company expands its commercial activity in the US. The role sits within a fast-moving manufacturing and supply chain environment, where you will help keep materials and finished products moving accurately and efficiently across the business.
This position offers a good amount of ownership and day-to-day responsibility. You will handle receiving, storage, inventory movement, stock control, and outbound shipments while working in line with quality, safety, and regulatory expectations.
Key Duties
- Accept incoming goods, check them carefully, confirm counts, lot details, expiry dates, and paperwork, then place items into storage.
- Record stock activity in Oracle ERP, including receipts, transfers, issues, and finished goods movements.
- Provide production with raw materials based on pick lists and material requests.
- Arrange domestic and international shipments, prepare the required documents, and coordinate delivery with carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and freight partners.
- Help maintain inventory accuracy by carrying out cycle counts, investigating variances, and supporting corrective actions.
- Move materials between the warehouse, production areas, sterilisation partners, and distribution centres.
- Identify and isolate any non-conforming stock in quarantine locations.
- Keep the warehouse organised and make effective use of available space.
- Maintain strong housekeeping standards aligned with 5S and site safety requirements.
- Use material handling equipment safely, including forklifts, pallet trucks, and related tools.
- Report unsafe conditions, equipment issues, and operational problems without delay.
- Take part in improvement work that raises efficiency, accuracy, and service performance.
- Follow company procedures, quality systems, and all applicable regulations.
Candidate Profile
Haemonetics is looking for someone with at least 3 years of warehouse and shipping experience, ideally gained in a medical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or other regulated manufacturing setting. You should be confident handling both domestic and international shipments, highly detail-oriented, and committed to accurate inventory control.
Experience with ERP systems is important, and Oracle knowledge would be a plus. The role suits someone who can manage priorities in a busy environment, stay focused on quality and compliance, and work safely at all times. A forklift licence is advantageous. The ideal person will also be a proactive team player who can work independently.
Working Hours
Monday to Thursday: 7:30am to 4:00pm
Friday: 7:30am to 2:00pm
Compensation and Benefits
The offered base salary will depend on the candidate’s location, education, role-specific knowledge, skills, and prior relevant experience. Incentives may be available depending on the role, and employees may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and participation in a long-term incentive plan, subject to plan terms. A competitive benefits package is also offered.
The salary range for this role is €32,300 to €43,700 per year.
