Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests to make a strong, positive first impression.
• Guide guests through the menu, confidently recommending dishes and drinks while sharing insights about our offerings.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and relay them clearly to the kitchen and bar teams.
• Promptly and professionally deliver orders, ensuring each item reaches the intended guest.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit.
• Present bills and handle payments efficiently and accurately.
• Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and care.
• Maintain high service standards that embody the tashas experience.
• Ensure tables are elegantly arranged, clean, and set to brand specifications.
• Clear, reset, and prepare tables efficiently for new guests.
• Keep the dining area clean, organized, and welcoming during service.
• Support daily operational activities to aid in smooth restaurant functioning.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure outstanding guest experiences at every interaction.
• Work in partnership with kitchen, bar, and front-of-house teams to deliver seamless service.
• Assist new team members to provide a positive onboarding experience.
• Promote teamwork, respect, and accountability among staff.
• Represent tashas values in all interactions.
• Participate actively in daily briefings and team communications.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of menus, products, and service philosophy.
• Ensure all food and beverages served meet quality and presentation standards.
• Uphold tashas' three pillars: exquisite food, inspiring environments, and engaging service.
• Consistently follow grooming, uniform, and personal presentation standards.
• Comply with local health, safety, and food handling regulations.
• Adhere to HACCP procedures and company policies consistently.
• Handle food, beverages, and cleaning materials safely and responsibly.
• Keep workstations and service areas hygienic and orderly throughout shifts.

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience as a Waiter, Waitress, or Server in a reputable restaurant, café, or hospitality setting.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.
• A strong passion for hospitality and commitment to guest service excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A warm and confident demeanor with professionalism.
• Capability to stay calm and organized under pressure in busy environments.
• Attention to detail and a dedication to high standards.
