Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Provide timely and professional responses to guests’ needs and requests to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Adhere strictly to the company grooming standards at all times.
• Offer a warm, polite, and professional welcome to guests on arrival and express gratitude upon their departure.
• Report all guest feedback and complaints promptly to senior staff for swift resolution.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of service standards and operational procedures.
• Properly prepare and manage beach beds and cabana stations following prescribed guidelines.
• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of beach areas, including setting up sunbeds, umbrellas, and towels, and replenish clean towels as required.
• Pack and fold umbrellas securely at the end of the day.
• Comply fully with all hotel policies and procedures.
• Immediately alert management to any suspicious activity or hazardous situations to maintain safety.
• Keep all work areas in a safe and orderly condition consistently.
• Attend and participate actively in all mandatory meetings and trainings as scheduled.
• Perform additional tasks and duties as assigned by supervisors.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a diploma or degree in vocational hospitality education.
• Between 1 to 3 years of experience in a 4- to 5-star hotel environment.
• Strong command of English with confident communication skills.
• Currently residing in the UAE and availability for immediate joining is advantageous.
• Previous experience working within a 5-star hotel or equivalent setting is essential.
• Creativity and passion for food and guest service excellence.
