Role Summary
We are searching for a Visual Merchandising Intern to join our New York team, reporting to the Senior Director of Visual Merchandising. This position offers an invaluable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the visual merchandising domain while providing key administrative and operational assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate travel arrangements for the visual merchandising team.
- Manage expense reports and related financial tasks for the team.
- Support diverse administrative duties and contribute to special projects as assigned.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager on special projects and provide assistance when required.
- Maintain and update the internal inventory of visual merchandising tools.
- Conduct research activities and compile daily reports concerning window displays, imagery, shipments, and store updates.
Candidate Profile
- Must be eligible to receive academic credit for the internship.
- Availability to work in-office at least 2 to 3 days per week is required.
- A self-motivated, highly organized individual with attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.
- Possess a refined aesthetic sense and keen eye for visual details.
- Familiarity with Photoshop, PowerPoint, and Excel is preferred.
Compensation and Employment Details
The role offers a base hourly wage of $17. The position is classified as a paid student fixed-term internship starting on September 1, 2026, with part-time weekly hours on-site in New York City.
