Job Description

As a Visa Counsellor at Assent Advance Immigration in Ahmedabad, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive guidance to students seeking overseas education. The role involves counseling students on suitable courses and universities based on their profiles, assisting them throughout the admission and visa application processes, and ensuring they understand eligibility criteria, required documents, tuition fees, and visa regulations.

Responsibilities

• Advise students about opportunities for studying abroad and guide them through admission procedures.
• Evaluate student profiles to recommend appropriate academic programs and institutions.
• Communicate visa requirements, eligibility conditions, documentation, and fee structures clearly.
• Follow up effectively with prospective students to convert inquiries into confirmed admissions.
• Collaborate with the documentation team to ensure precise and timely application submissions.
• Maintain up-to-date records of students in the CRM system.
• Keep informed about changing immigration policies and university guidelines to provide accurate advice.
• Provide consistent support to students until the successful issuance of their visas.

Additional Information

• Monthly compensation ranges from 12,000 to 15,000 INR.
• Position is based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
