Vice President Operations

Role Overview

The Vice President Operations position is a full-time remote leadership role accountable for overseeing the daily operational performance across design, development, and customer support divisions. This leader ensures that projects are executed on schedule, within budget constraints, and meet established quality standards alongside client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

This role directs company-wide operational procedures, owning critical performance metrics, managing profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities, and leading initiatives that drive continuous improvement to boost operational efficiency and scalability. Daily duties include collaborating closely with leaders across functions, aligning operational activities with strategic objectives, ensuring optimal resource allocation, and resolving operational challenges impacting project delivery or customer satisfaction.

Additional Duties

Supporting decision making at the executive level through data-driven insights, establishing and implementing best operational practices, and mentoring teams to foster growth and performance excellence are also core components of the role.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven track record in Operations Management and Project Management, capable of handling multiple teams and complex projects.
• Expertise in P&L Management including budgeting, financial analytics, and cost optimization while preserving service excellence.
• Strong strategic planning skills to translate organizational goals into actionable operational plans with measurable KPIs.
• Leadership experience in Customer Service focusing on maintaining high service quality, client satisfaction, and efficient conflict resolution.
• Exceptional management skills, including coaching, performance evaluation, and creating a collaborative, inclusive work culture.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities suitable for remote and distributed team environments.
• Experience in technology-driven, SaaS, or digital sectors highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Management or a related discipline is required; advanced qualifications or equivalent experience is advantageous.
