Role Overview and Responsibilities

Design impactful product experiences by crafting outstanding UI and UX from concept to final delivery, utilizing the best tools to explore many options, accelerate workflows, and elevate quality. Ensure all user interactions are intuitive, efficient, and enjoyable.
Leverage large language models (LLMs) and AI tools to define product intentions, draft short specifications, identify risks and edge cases early before using design software, enabling quick alignment and reducing ambiguity.
Create and prototype interactively with AI tools such as Cursor and Claude Code, translating rough ideas into functional prototypes and production-ready frontend code, seamlessly switching between coding and design tools like Figma to achieve optimal outcomes.
Collaborate closely from the start with product managers and engineers to establish UX requirements, participate actively throughout development and quality assurance, making design choices that consider engineering constraints.
Engage directly with customers for validation, conduct rapid testing, and apply insights to refine design direction. Monitor metrics such as funnels, retention, and adoption to evaluate design success and inform future iterations.
Identify the most valuable opportunities in the backlog that can drive product and business growth, align team stakeholders around these priorities, and rapidly execute for impactful delivery.
