Requirements and Skills

• At least 2 years of operational experience in cryptocurrency trading-related products, capable of independently planning and implementing events.
• Proficient in user behavior analysis and data-driven operational strategies.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Keen market insight to recognize user needs and respond swiftly.
