Role Summary
We are seeking a Human Resources/Talent Intelligence Specialist with between six months and one year of experience in US talent acquisition to assist in talent mapping, market research, and prospecting via LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research key hiring managers and decision-makers pertinent to recruitment.
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to locate and categorize prospective candidates and contacts.
- Perform targeted research on US talent pools and market trends.
- Develop and upkeep precise databases of prospects and talents.
- Assist in personalized outreach initiatives and monitor responses to improve engagement.
- Collaborate with delivery and client teams to ensure targeting aligns with specific industries, roles, and geographic locations.
Requirements
- Possess two to five years of experience in US recruitment, research, or talent sourcing activities.
- Proficient in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator as a tool for sourcing and segmentation.
- Excellent research capabilities complemented by strong communication and analytical aptitude.
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Capable of working autonomously within a dynamic and fast-moving work environment.
