Job description
Job Overview
This role involves identifying and engaging professionals from the US market using various sourcing channels. You will be responsible for shortlisting and interviewing candidates based on job requirements, managing client needs, negotiating salary packages, and closing employment positions. Supporting Account Managers and Team Leads with urgent technical hiring needs is also essential, along with regularly updating the resourcing application system.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified professionals in the US market through multiple channels.
- Screen and interview candidates to match specific job criteria.
- Address client requirements effectively and secure placements.
- Negotiate remuneration details and finalize hiring decisions.
- Support account managers and team leads with urgent recruitment demands.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases systematically.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Strong proficiency in English communication is mandatory.
- Proven experience in recruiting for IT, Non-IT, Technical, Engineering, or Semiconductor roles within the US market.
- Willingness to work night shifts as per business needs.
- Position locations available in Vadodara, Gujarat and Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
