US IT Recruiter

Overview

We are urgently seeking a skilled US IT Recruiter with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team remotely. This role involves managing recruitment processes for IT positions across the United States, primarily during US shift hours.

Responsibilities

• Identify and attract IT candidates by utilizing various job portals including Naukri, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
• Screen applicant profiles carefully aligning with client criteria.
• Conduct initial interviews assessing technical expertise, relevant experience, communication skills, and eligibility to work in the US.
• Oversee the complete recruitment cycle from candidate sourcing to job submission.
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline for diverse IT roles.
• Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Regularly follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Accurately update candidate information in Applicant Tracking Systems and databases.
• Consistently meet recruitment goals on daily, weekly, and monthly bases.
• Foster strong professional relationships with both candidates and team members.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in recruiting IT professionals for the US market.
• Comprehensive knowledge of US staffing workflows and recruitment lifecycle.
• Familiarity with W2, C2C, and Full-Time employment engagements.
• Understanding of US work authorization categories such as US Citizens, Green Card holders, H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, and TN Visa.
• Proficient in sourcing candidates via online job portals and professional networks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently as well as collaborate in a team setting.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to maintain positive relationships.

Additional Information

• Role is full-time and remote.
• Work shift corresponds to US hours (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST).
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
