UI/UX Designer

Role Overview

Join an international team working remotely on the development and upkeep of various web and mobile applications. The projects mainly utilize React with Redux for frontend and Node.js with Express for backend development. As a UI/UX Designer, you will focus on crafting engaging websites and web applications, while also producing diverse graphic assets to support the team's design needs. The workflow follows lean and agile principles supported by remote-friendly tools such as Jira, Confluence, Slack, and GitHub. Continuous learning is encouraged with dedicated time and resources.

Compensation and Experience Levels

• Junior: Minimum 1 year experience; Salary range 4000 to 6000 PLN net per month
• Mid-level: Minimum 3 years experience; Salary range 6000 to 9000 PLN net per month
• Senior: Minimum 5 years experience; Salary range 9000 to 14000 PLN net per month

Requirements

• Expertise in design using Figma (highly desired)
• Experience with responsive web design (moderate requirement)
• Knowledge of native app design is a plus but not mandatory
