About the Role
Join EY's Transfer Pricing team in Melbourne and evolve your career within the dynamic international tax arena. Key Responsibilities
- Utilize your analytical and consulting expertise to tackle complex transfer pricing challenges.
- Manage and support client projects involving transfer pricing strategy, compliance, audits, and negotiations on Advance Pricing Arrangements.
- Work collaboratively with domestic and international EY teams to design cohesive tax solutions.
- Lead preparation and assessment of transfer pricing documentation, including economic and benchmarking analyses.
- Guide and mentor junior team members nurturing a cooperative team culture.
- Engage in ongoing professional development in transfer pricing and international tax through specialized learning programs.
Candidate Profile
- Experience level from 3 to 10 years in transfer pricing or within related fields such as audit, law, accounting, economics, or tax with interest in international tax and pricing.
- Strong aptitude for analyzing complex data and delivering clear, practical recommendations.
- Commercial awareness with a keen interest in economic, legal, and geopolitical influences on transfer pricing.
- Hold an undergraduate or double degree in Economics, Business, Commerce, Finance, Law, Accounting, or a related field.
- Technological aptitude and curiosity about data applications in tax and transfer pricing are advantageous.
- Must have current Australian work rights and be located in Melbourne.
