Trainer Internship

Overview

Dr. Reddy's Foundation invites fresh graduates interested in training roles to participate in a structured Trainer Internship program focusing on recruiting, training, and deploying new trainers.

Program Details

• Location: Hyderabad, chosen for experienced master trainers and cost-effective operations.
• Duration: One month, full-time, non-residential Training of Trainers (ToT) program.
• Stipend: Participants receive a monthly stipend of INR 18,000 to ensure commitment during training.

Training Curriculum

• Focused on DRF's content delivery methods, classroom management, soft skills, and assessment techniques.
• Includes assignments, micro-teaching sessions, and personalized feedback throughout the month.
• Participants must complete at least 10 relevant Skillfy courses demonstrating learning adaptability.

Assessment and Certification

• Successful candidates must clear DRF's Learning and Development certification exams.
• Must fulfill classroom observation standards and exhibit readiness to conduct training independently.
• Participants failing to qualify will not be placed externally and will exit the program.

Deployment

Certified trainers will be assigned to GROW Youth centres nationwide according to organizational requirements, enabling pan-India deployment.
