TrackWise Functional Consultant

About the Role

We are looking for a TrackWise Functional Consultant to provide functional application support within a regulated environment in Chennai. The role focuses on day-to-day support, issue handling, workflow improvements, and compliance-driven operations for TrackWise QMS modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver L2/L3 functional assistance for TrackWise quality management modules, including CAPA, deviations, change control, and NCR.
• Take ownership of incident triage, root-cause review, and timely issue resolution as part of run-the-business operations.
• Track support tickets, manage queue health, maintain SLA compliance, and help clear backlog items in priority order.
• Contribute to small enhancements, configuration updates, and minor development activities within TrackWise workflows.
• Work in line with regulatory expectations such as GxP and 21 CFR Part 11, while also meeting internal audit standards.
• Monitor CAPA progress, follow through on audit observations, and keep deviation records up to date.
• Assess the business impact of change requests and coordinate release or deployment activities.
• Participate in SIT and UAT testing for enhancements and defect corrections.
• Partner with QA teams, business stakeholders, and IT counterparts to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Keep documentation current, align with SOPs, and maintain evidence required for audit readiness.
