Role Overview

The Total Rewards Analyst is vital in advancing Zuora's Total Rewards operations across compensation and benefits. Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Total Rewards, this role partners with ZEO Success and business leaders to ensure high-quality support while boosting Total Rewards programs. This is a remote position with occasional onsite visits encouraged for those near company offices.

Key Responsibilities

• Use technology to analyze external market pricing and develop appropriate compensation structure mappings.
• Act as the primary liaison for participation in compensation surveys.
• Support annual compensation processes such as the Merit cycle, Corporate Bonus Plan, and Promotion cycle by evaluating global salary frameworks and recommending adjustments.
• Administer compensation processes using Zuora's pay software, ensuring changes align with budgets and maintain team equity.
• Calculate and analyze bonus payments, reviewing outcomes versus budget and overall process results.
• Collaborate with HR Operations to facilitate benefits onboarding, offboarding, and ongoing Total Rewards administration.
• Assist with the annual U.S. benefits open enrollment process and promptly resolve eligibility discrepancies.
• Manage benefits invoices including reconciliation with vendors and stakeholders.
• Respond to employee inquiries concerning benefits and compensation.
• Develop and maintain communication materials, training resources, and related documentation for compensation, benefits, time off, and leave programs.
• Participate in projects related to compensation and benefits, compliance, process enhancements, and other initiatives as required.
• Support leave of absence management, ensuring accurate records in Workday and coordination with managers and disability claims.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of two years’ experience in human resources with a focus on global compensation and/or benefits management.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, charts, graphs, and pivot tables.
• Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities, able to interpret data and offer insightful recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, capable of working independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Maintains confidentiality and exercises sound judgment handling sensitive information.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Workday, particularly Workday Advanced Compensation, is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with compensation platforms like Pave is a plus.

Compensation Details

The base pay for this role ranges from $88,000 to $109,900 USD annually. Final salary is determined by factors such as candidate qualifications, experience, skills, location, internal equity, and budget. The total reward package may also include bonuses, equity, and benefits.
