Role Overview

The Total Rewards Analyst is vital in advancing Zuora's Total Rewards operations across compensation and benefits. Key Responsibilities

  • Use technology to analyze external market pricing and develop appropriate compensation structure mappings.
  • Act as the primary liaison for participation in compensation surveys.
  • Support annual compensation processes such as the Merit cycle, Corporate Bonus Plan, and Promotion cycle by evaluating global salary frameworks and recommending adjustments.
  • Administer compensation processes using Zuora's pay software, ensuring changes align with budgets and maintain team equity.
  • Calculate and analyze bonus payments, reviewing outcomes versus budget and overall process results.
  • Collaborate with HR Operations to facilitate benefits onboarding, offboarding, and ongoing Total Rewards administration.
  • Assist with the annual U.S. benefits open enrollment process and promptly resolve eligibility discrepancies.
  • Manage benefits invoices including reconciliation with vendors and stakeholders.
  • Respond to employee inquiries concerning benefits and compensation.
  • Develop and maintain communication materials, training resources, and related documentation for compensation, benefits, time off, and leave programs.
