About the Role

As part of our exciting growth in Western Africa, specifically Nigeria and Ghana, we seek a driven Tipster Manager. You will oversee and improve the operations and performance of a network exceeding 20 tipsters, transforming it into a structured and efficient channel for acquisition and engagement. This includes implementing standards, governance, and scalable execution across markets.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily coordination and communication of over 20 tipsters, including onboarding and scheduling, serving as a bridge between affiliate partners and marketing/CRM teams.
Develop operational routines such as content calendars, briefs, SLAs, and processes for recruitment, payments, and offboarding.
Monitor tipster metrics like registrations, first-time deposits, active players, net gaming revenue, and ROI; oversee commission reconciliation for CPA and revenue-share models.
Ensure all content complies with branding, Responsible Gambling policies, and regulatory requirements for Nigeria and Ghana; maintain governance documentation and escalation procedures.
Create strategies to expand the network and replicate successful models in other markets by identifying and vetting high-potential tipsters.

Preferred Additional Experience

Direct experience with tipster networks or betting communities.
Exposure to multiple African markets.
Proven ability to build scalable operational frameworks and playbooks.
Analytical skills to derive insights from data for optimization.
Background in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
Knowledge of content planning, campaign management, and marketing/CRM coordination.
Experience in contract management and governance processes.
