Role Overview

As a Territory Sales Manager at Red Bull, you will have ownership of achieving financial and trade sales targets across all distributors, towns, and assigned geography.   • Facilitating timely submission and verification of distributor claims backed by approved supporting documents.
  • Resolving distributor queries in coordination with the regional finance department.
  • Driving alternate channel objectives by aligning distributors and frontline teams to channel expectations.
  • Managing relations with accounts across channels including Perfect Store, Bull Bars, contracted accounts, and wholesale channels to boost business goals.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Graduation or higher education qualification.
  • 2 to 5 years of sales experience in the FMCG sector.
  • Experience in managing distributors and frontline sales personnel.
  • Familiarity with General Trade (GT) and other channels.
  • Basic leadership qualities with strong communication, planning, and presentation skills.
  • Ability for analytical thinking and logical problem solving.
